RSA Web doen NOT want to cancel my 12 month contract

What pathetic responses from Zintle Tulumani from the customer services department.. I signed up for a 12 month contract over the phone with RSA Web last year... After the first agent agreed that the contract expired in June20 already and that I can cancel the agreement but only at the end of August as I only inquired about it a few weeks ago. Now that I want to cancel they wanting to charge me cancellation fees as they NOW saying that I have signed up for a 24 month contract. The more I ask them for the voice recording and requesting them to listen to the recording and hear what we agreed to...the more responses I get to pay the cancellation fees of the 24 month contract..... THIS IS BAD...... Just go listen to the recording or make some effort to at least...BUT to have arrogant agents on the frontline dealing with your customers is a dangerous thing..from Wiedaad Salie
