RSA WEB - Disgusting Service

Disgusting Service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My debit order was increased by R200 because the agent advises I owe this money from 2023, which every month my statement does not reflect any moneys owed. I have been calling for 4 days to get this matter resolved and for 4 days "someone will call me back" which never happens. As far as I am concerned just to take money from an account without notifying the owner of the account of why this is being done is blatant theft. I am going to move my Fibre elsewhere. As I am typing this the matter still have no been resolved.
