RSA Web - Customer Service and Line Speed Suck Big ***** DONT' USE THEM!!

We have been trying since June to resolve our issues with RSA Web, with no luck. Empty promises to call back, promised again they will call today at 19:00 hrs, we sat and waited, no one called... again...

We pay for a 100MB, uncapped, unshaped line but our friends with smaller lines download faster then us, they have connectivity 99% of the time.

Our line drops non stop, we can't even buffer a 750p video on You Tube without it freezing. We download at 1.2 MB!

When we eventually cancelled, they now want to charge us a non-cancellation fee. We must pay penalties for them not being able to provide a what we paid for!! A joke, they should re-imburse us for non freaking service!

Oh and then they want to charge us for a router we never received. We still had our old router.

This is the worst service we ever had. We would not recommend people to use RSA Web, they are quick to take your money, slow to respond, if they even respond at all and ****** ****** who charge you for stuff you did not even get!
