RSA WEB- continue to ***** my money every month

I gave my 30 days notice in December 2021 for end of January, I passed on my new tennants details so they could keep a customer but RSA web continue to debit me every month, sending Tickets a complete waste of time, i have sent over 30 by now, zero response, tried the I've chat, got cut off, zero service at any point but will happily take your money every month
