RSA Web bad support service

My internet has been suspended without any prior notification after I had paid my monthly premium. I had contacted them multiple times for the day and nothing has changed. They then directed me to their credit control, who told me she doesn't have time for that and ended the call whilst I spoke with her. This is absolutely ridiculous! I spoke to another consultant again and he said that it is out of his hands.
