RSA = REALLY STINKING ASSISTANCE

well i have not even started yet and the complaint would be tooooooooooooooo long too start. should this get to RSA WEB PLEASE HAD IT OVER TO WENDY BAILY as she is the lady in charge of the Sales / Project people. I have had endless issues and yet no one calls me back to verbally apolagise or sort the matter out. they keep stuffing up my address and now the courier has not come as they too were now given the wrong address.....i cant say what the fiber connection is like but thank gog its month to month cause if they as *** as the sales then chow. PS: i read alot of complaints about them but i wonder if they did anything about it.
