RSA Pathetic

Wow what can I say.....THE MOST PATHETIC SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED!!!!

If it's one piece of advice I can give...is not to go with this service provider

Firstly you cannot get through to their agents in the support or accounts department as the phone rings continues until the call cuts

The only department that answers their phones is the sales department.

I have requested a cancellation on my subscription and until today I have not received any correspondence from RSA web.I will never recommend this ISP to anyone as their customers service is **********,

This is honestly a Mickey mouse ISP.
