RSA Overbills

RSA Web really has some bad admin. I started two months ago with RSA Web, and since I started, my billing has been incorrect. I am overpaying and look mistakes happen but I have an open ticket for over two months now, not resolved. Ticket number ***. Now, look if after two months, a company does not even care to follow up , I think it says a lot. It's been two months, and I've been over-billed twice. Save your airtime and effort and go to another company. I am sure it will be less of a headache. This will be my last month here since they don't want to give me my money back.
