RSA ****ed up service with *********** chat agents Tyrone and Amahle

Please look out for chat agents Tyrone and Amahle who are poor and disgusting when it it comes to giving service. Very inconsistent when it come to giving option.

My story I was behind with payment Tyrone retention agent would to assume advised me if I pay 50% of that I will not be disconnected I told him I can make payment the following week to my surprise I made payment emailed Tyrone he never responded I learned he submitted request for termination and when I chat with him enquiring about this no response which is sad then dealt with Amahle who is useless kept sounding like a robot that I now owe 1300 looks I was billed on service I never received fine not a train smash cut long story shot I pay 1300 as request and advised by her on our previous conversation to my surprise now I m told to pay 995 reconnection now I m disturbed because there was no made mention of this the only thing the good for is to dissappear the moment it hits 5pm with no response and worse when I request to chat to a manager I m told there is no one and I m treated just like another number so disgusted there is no sense of customer service and none of them taking accountabilty none of them spoke of reconnection fees on connection I did not terminate and Tyrone advised paying the 50%all is good my account is up to date I don't believe I should be paying the connection fee due to the negligence and ommited information by the two ghost they like to dissappear on chats which is disgusting customer services
