RSA Bad Service / Bad and Poor communication

I initially needed a relocation done on my account, did a great job in cancelling the service but when i found out that my registration on my new hoome wasnt taking place in October i called, WhatsApp, Emial since the 1st October until now the 6th October to have the service reconnected with no luck. Service is hot and cold communication is extremly bad, the various departments doesnt speak to each other so to render servoce to a client is very slow and frustrating. seems like everyone at the servoce desk know the processes and systems BUT they dont know how to execute of the service.
