RSA bad service

I'm currently getting a ****ty service. I have been paying for 50mbps line but I never get even half the speed I'm paying for. I always get below 20mbps and have logged number of incidents with them but they don't seem to be resolving it. I have been experiencing this issue for months. Thire cancelation department is not even picking up calls.
