You have to fill out a form to change banking details, their API to paycash service fails endlessly, their app is like wading through concrete if it's actually wet. I can only imagine they are rated number 1 because voting is some sort of Idols competition voting setup. And suprise, R999 cancellation fee on all accounts including month to month even if you don't have one of their routers
