Robert van Niekerk excellent customer service

I moved from Cape Town to the Strand and had to transfer my optic fibre line. I tried for a few weeks to get the technical team to respond to my query. Then one morning on the day I moved I got a friendly call from a gentleman called Robert van Niekerk. He takes service deliver to the next level.... Well it so happens that the line was not cancelled at the current flat and the frogfoot team took over a month to cancel the line. But what was so fantastic is that I could speak to Robert van Niekerk almost everyday and he kept me in the loop and would advise me constantly on what to tell them to cancel the line so RSA web could connect... A fantastic person with brilliant service delivery skills. He makes you feel as if he really has your back and will make a plan for you. He is a real asset for his company and I wish him the best for his future. He can only excel with such service delivery.
