**** retention offers just to keep customers and empty promises . Just add to my opinion of how BAD RSAWEB IS!

I am very disappointed in the service I receive from RSAWEB. On 19 Dec 2025 I decided to cancel my service with them due to bad internet service and decided I would rather go to a new service provider. I was contacted by Kayleigh Kirsten to reconsider. Offering me a 1. reduction in my monthly payment 2. One months free of charge 3. A better speed option . I accepted the offer and decided to stay with them. WHAT A BAD CHOICE!!! I asked the lady in looking onto a new router since mine is outdated of which she confirmed I will be contacted for a new one. THAT WAS THE LAST TIME I heard from then. December I did get my free month as promised only to get a DOUBLE DEDICTION in Jan 2026. So much for 1 month free service. Empty promises at its best. I tried to email the lady again, no reply whatsoever. I have all the email correspondence to prove my complaint. My ref number for this is: ##***: LUK055.
