Refund not given back as promised by RSAWEB

RSAWEB what a bad company. They debited my account without me being on their client database and when investigating they tell me that yes it's their fault. Now, getting my refund is such a problem, tickets are generated as proof that my query is being attended too but it's days after their promise, I am not happy with RSAWEB and I WANT MY REFUND!
