Rather stay with Afrihost or another ISP

Switched from Afrihost last month and it has simply been horrible. Told them to start my service from the 1st of June, received an email which stated they're billing me from the 9th of May (date of installation) when I clearly told them in advance to only activate my service in June as I paid for May with Afrihost. By the way this was possible because I swtiched from Openserve with Afrihost to MetroFibre with RSAWEB so two fibre lines are installed in my home and can be operated independently. Also I app**** for a 200/200 line but only received a 100/100 line yet this has not been corrected and just so you know I'm being charged for the 200/200 line! Honestly, pay the extra and stay with an ISP who can function as a business. Don't know how many bots were paid to rate them highly on Google but there actual service is so poor.

I have an update, so regarding the billing query, according to RSAWEB Metrofibre charged them from the date of installation and this was passed onto me the client, so it's been explained and there's not much I can do about it. With regards to the speed query, I got a little frustrated throughout the process initially but Stacy assisted me, she tried hard to fix the issue, it could be on my hardware side and to test this RSAWEB are sending me a router to test, still find it strange that the Openserve worked fine but will test it and see, there could be something with Metrofibre's setup and Huawei Routers which do not match up. Time will tell but a great effort was made so thank you. I will update this comment once everything has been tested and resolved.

Final update. So RSAWEB sent me a TP Link Router to test the line, the TP Link router provided full speeds, I still do not understand why I received full speeds with Openserve but not with Metrofibre using any of my HUAWEI Routers. Thank you to RSAWEB for providing the support required to find some resolution to the problem
