R99 Deal
I signed up for the R99 deal. I'm supposed to get two months at R99 as per the sign up process for moving from an ISP on Octotel to another ISP on Octotel. I have written RSA about this issue last month before. The consultant advised that the first month is billed normal then after that the R99 will kick in. This wasn't stated anywhere on the deal when I signed up, but ok then I waited. Now my next bill invoice arrived and I see all that time I spent trying to sort it out was for nothing.
