R237 PRO RATA INTEREST ON R229 ARREARS

I can honestly say Im so dissapointed with RSAWeb, on the 20/04/2023 my line was cut, I didnt even know why, then I was informed that my account is R229 in arrears which I undertook to pay on 25/04/2023. On 24/04/2023 I paid my arrears of R229 plus my normal installment. Now im in arrears AGAIN with R237. Apparently, its pro rata interest which accumulated in 4 days, which amounts to R237. No one informed me of this, I have been contacting the agent, and they just ignore me, I talk to them on the chat, and when I inquire how it can amount to R237 in 4 days they just keep quiet and doesnt say anything back. Such a disappointment, I always pay my amount due and pay R5 to R20 extra per month, and Im in arrears
