Quick sign-up, ******* experience
So easy to sign up but takes so long to actually get service! I still haven't received my router since signing up last week. Now the router is only getting here next week. Can't get hold of anyone after signing up, no callbacks, no reply on emails, I am having serious regrets here.

03 Dec 2021, 17:03Just checked and I'm being charged from the 2-Dec when I don't even have the router yet and I'm only receiving the router on the 6-Dec. No wifi while working from home and can't get hold of anyone in support, and no response to emails.
