Due to an Android bug, I was forced to reset my phone losing my email account details. Upon calling the call centre I was informed that they could not reset my password as I was on an older mail platform and they would first have to migrate my services to a new platform. Upon asking how long this would take, the response was “we don’t now as it works on an escalation basis and I am now escalated, but, there is no guarantee of time.”. What utter nonsense. Absolutely disappointed. Will be planning a move for my companies services soon.
