This must be the worst internet company ever. They just billed me R2025 from my account for a router they never sent me. I have used my own router and they have the audacity to deduct money for a router I did not take as I told them I had my own. I spoke to Jaleel of the logistic department and he said he could confirm they never sent me a router but they deducted money for who knows what reason
