Problem with RSA Web staff.

In March of this year, I recommended RSA Web to a lady living over the road from me. I told her how impressed with the service we were. She made her first payment, and I got in touch with RSA Web - Fundiswa Nkwanyana. I had seen on the RSA Website, that one could get R300 for a recommendation. She told me that as soon as this lady had paid, then the following month, I would have R300 taken off my bill. Note, that it actually said this would happen on the Website. However, looking today, I see they have altered things there and have stopped offering R300 for a recommendation, no doubt because I have been writing letters to the team since March and it is now July 28th. Over and over they have promised me that they would send my E Mail to the Accounts team but. This has happened several times. They said they would let me know. In desperation, I wrote to one the Managers, but no telephone numbers of E Mail addresses were given, so it had to go via the team. I wrote, in Capitol letters to please pass it on to the Accounts Manager. After that, I received three letters telling me I must flag the problem and give them all the details. Obviously a move to irritate me and for me to stop bothering them. Almost like a joke! However, i wrote another letter to Fundiswa Nkwanyana which she once more has not answered. I think this is disgusting, especially since they have now written a different write up regarding RSA Web on the web without the offer. Whilst I am satisfied with their services, I don't think much of the staff they employ who are full of promises, but just playing around like a cat with a mouse. I have seen other bad reviews when things go wrong. I am just hoping nothing ever goes wrong! If they say something is going to happen, then it should.
