Pricing **** - YOU WILL NOT BE PAYING THAT PRICE FOR LONG

Do not believe the pricing on their website, it's a ****. Their website pricing and actual pricing differ with R100+. The following is COPY/PASTE from their support:

My Message: When I check your pricing options on your website for my address I see the price is lower than what I am being invoiced for, and the price on the website is more in line with what other ISPs are charging for that speed. Why is there such a large difference?

Their Response (after about 5 minutes of waiting): Kindly be advised that the prices that you see on our website is promotional prices for new customers. These prices last a couple of months, thereafter it reverts to standard pricing

My Response: Where on the website does it show the "standard pricing", I dont see it on that package. I also see that other ISPs are charging between R619 - R637 for that same speed on Frogfoot. The reason I ask is because the other ISPs and your website is showing that I could have double the speed I have now for the price I'm paying currently But it doesn't show that the price changes after "a couple of months" There is also no mention of "a couple of months" or how long those prices are the same before changing

Then, while reading the response, she gave me 1 minute and then closed the response:

So they up the prices after an indeterminate amount of time without warning, their prices are much higher than their competition and their service is in no way better. There are more affordable ISPs, faster ISPs, and ISPs that don't **** you. Stay as far away from these ****mers as you possibly can - save some money and still get the same (or better) service from anywhere else.
