Pre order Fibre not working and admin mess up

I recently preordered a fibre line with rsaweb, all seemed ok until my area cane online... my router was preconfigured to someone elses account and therefore have been unable to use my pin to login... ive called rsaweb on numerous occasions...once to be told by support that RSAWeb needs to reset my account and then this morning i was told by a representative that my account (searched by name, number) including my preorder number ftth8450 does not exist anywhere I HAVE NOT EVEN RECEIVED LOGIN DETAILS... I am starting to get a little infuriated as i havent even started my rsaweb account officially and I am already being shunted from pillar to post and dealing with systems that do not function, this is incredibly worrying to me... I have lost faith in RSAWebs ability to fix this issue and am thinking this order (if it even exists) should be cancelled and Ill take my business elsewhere, if i knew what i did now i would never have used this company for pre order
