POOR,WORSE SERVICE EVER

I am new to RSAWEB but i am tired of their excuse, no 1st call resolution. No one will call you and ask are you sorted or did you receive your delivery. I called in on 27/11/2024 around 10:00 to join RSAWEB since I am using Sanlam Reality. I was told I need to pay R695 before I can use their services, and I did immediate payment. I only requested one thing from RSAWEB to make sure by Friday my internet is working since my TV uses internet for the kids since school is close they need it more and I work from home with internet. Sales agent said it will be working now its Monday after 17:19 I have No internet. RSAWEB has my money, and I don’t have internet
