Poor unsatisfactory service

My son tried to apply for Fibre, using RSAWEB. For the past week he has been struggling to get decent service. Everyone he spoke to promises to call him back or they will get someone to call him back, but is just doesn't happen. He was assisted by Bertie, Danito and Kyle with no success. Obviously your business is doing very well and do not need any new business. Be sure we will not recommend your company to anyone due to this unprofessional behaviour and service.
