POOR TECHNICAL FAULT SERVICE

They are extremely slow in responding to technical faults, their current turnaround time averages 5-6 days!! It has happened twice now. Their competitors generally have a 24 hour turnaround time. They are serviced by Openserve - who I believe is the main let-down. Our current fault has NOT been attended to 6 days and counting...despite calling them every day since..
