Poor Service RSAWEB

I'm a new customer effect 1 Feb 2023. RSAWeb team do not provide feedback to queries. I have sent emails, whatsapp, live chat and called. You hold for at least 15 mins before a call is answered then you get transferred and hold for another 12 mins. It's worst than the government. My issue is still not resolved at 13 Feb 2023 and I'm expected to pay for a full month.
