Poor service provider

Worst service provider ever, don't waste your time and money to sign up with them. I'm struggling for more than n week now to get my wifi properly working without any luck. It went off 9 times within one an a half hour. After quite a lot of emails and telephone calls, it is still not sorted out. Now that I decided to cancel my service, they say I need to pay a "penalty" fee of R1750 because it is canceled within a 12 month period although their adverti*****t said it is a month to month service. I cannot understand why I should pay that amount if the service is not delivered. Why should the consumer be penalised, this does not make sense.
