POOR SERVICE LAK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE

The service that i was getting is very very poor and i don't wish any one to experience that I app**** In October Last year and still till today nothing was done they don't follow up and if you call in they say that they will follow up with openserve or they say that the fiber is installed

I want to cancel the application.
