Poor Service

I don't understand why is it taking so long for someone to call me the last email i received said that someone was going to call me From what i understand the fiber will be live on the 4th of October and still there is no feedback on this every time i have to email and no one even bothers to replay back *** is nothing I will not answer any calls that is going to come from RSAWEB.
