Poor service
You don't get helped at all with any issue you might have. When they eventually attemp to help you, it's useless and you end up playing email tennis.
Moving location was a nightmare Getting the discount, as promised, never happened.
Don't even bother trying the contact centre. Useless
They brought out another way of helping customers, via a chat app. Just as useless
