Poor service

I’ve been waiting to get connection for the past 2 weeks now, only for them to tell me that my order is delayed.

3 customer service people telling me 3 different things. The manager himself was not even helpful. Yet they pride themselves of being number 1 ISP….

They don’t care about their customers, as long as they get the money.

I’ll be going somewhere else, very poor service from RSA web. I’ll be spreading the word, not to use your services. My family is using your services….not anymore!
