Poor Service

I ordered Fibre to be installed on the 7th of May and the installation for the Fibre box was done last week Wednesday and up until today the 27th of May I'm still waiting for my router to use my services. Not to mention I have been told the line is activated and payment has been taken already and I'm still not able to use this service. I am mortified. This is truly shocking and I will make sure I post this experience to every social media page I can find. This is not on I just want the service for what I'm paying for....
