Poor service

This people are pathetic. I signed up a new contract in a new home in July 2019. Till today no body was at my home to help me sort out the WiFi. They send me a router and I had to do it myself. I am complaining for a long time and all I got is Jason wil contact me. Jason has vanished!! There contract stipulate one hour free assistance in my home. Please don't support them!
