Poor service and stupid people in the company

I've had issues from the start. I've been in contact with them since yesterday to advise I don't have internet connection but no one is getting back to me. They keep logging tickets but resolve nothing. I need connection for work and I told them they need to send out someone urgently because I can't work because of it but they don't seem to care yet I've been billed.
