POOR SERVICE and NO URGENCY

RSAWEB - It was nice when they started and now you are failing us. It's almost 2 weeks and my enquiry/logged call was only loaded now according to the consultants found today and meaning other consultants were only telling us lies. Clients are not taken serious by RSAWEB TEAM and there is no sense of urgency at all, and all consultants are unprofessional including the online teams. all consultants not telling the same story every time i call. The other boring thing is that every time when you call or do online enquiries you need start from scratch by explaining your problem and how you like to be assisted and it happens even when you do follow up on your quires. Very disappointed and i will never recommend RSAWEB to anyone close to me at all.
