Poor Service and Gives you the run around and Poor systems.

Tried to downgrade - firstly difficult to get hold of them by any means. Secondly the form they use sucks for this as they send you a link. After emailing support too - no response so - clearly they don't help you downgrade or come back to you. Time to look for another ISP
