Disappointed with your services, I have been a loyal customer for many years. You canceled my subscription erroneously but I must chase you to get me up online, if I were to miss a payment you wouldn't hesitate to cut me off, but you can't even honor your SLA to resolve my internet connection. Unhappy customer or soon be your ex-customer
