POOR QUALITY AND REDICULARS BILLING FOR WHAT EXCACTLY

I am disappointed and so upset with RSAWeb. Received it on the 3rd of March 2026 and from the beginning - Trial of the whatspp sms will show -things i complained about - On the 10th same months it wasnot working for 2/3 days because next door had similar router and it affected our network - they ordered to replace router - when the couier guys delivered after 2 days he mentioned that they have been returning and collection other routers around town Again they just block ports without consulting their customers. My entire schedule because i work from home - i couldn't do work stuff And man did they have an attitude. Think twice before joining ... there is no excellent service - R385 WAS THE INITIAL PAYMENT FOR 2/3 MONTHS AND LATER IT WILL BE R595 MONTHLY - NOW THE STATEMENT SAYS I HAVE TO PAY R1300 SOMETHING - I AM CANCELLING I DONT WANT TO WAIT AND THE BILLING I WANT IT REDUCED- I WISH THEY LOSE CLIENTS AND BE SCRABED - reference: RSA#***
