Poor provider

This internet service provider is the baddest what you can get. I apply for fiber 3 months ago. Netx come to my house install the fiber line. RSAWEB send me my router and since then it was not working. They send me a new router i logged some tickets because my 2nd router is also not working. I already paid 525 and 780 for no service. Now im on blacklist because of rsa web because i own them over 1300r.But still no service. Nobody is coming back to me. You struggle to get hold of rsaweb to fix there ****. But they dont do anything. No service for 3 months. They send me a new router still no service and they switch of my router tottaly because i didnt pay and put me on blacklist. Please dont use them because they are really bad. But fast to want youre money for no service at all. Poeple please dont use them at all
