Poor problem resolution and customer care

Been a customer with them for over 2 years. Now have no internet access for over a week and no one cares to communicate or resolve the issue. Made over 20 calls and spent ridiculous amounts on airtime and data. I have been communicating with the call centre for over a week and I am constantly made promises with no follow through and communication. The issue is merely passed on without adequate follow up or resolution. Very disappointed that a loyal customer would be treated in this way
