Poor ISP with poor service

Signed up for fixed LTE which never worked. Two months later their support team are still not able to fix problem. I asked for account to be cancelled and for a full refund as I'm getting NO value out of the product. Their response is that their support team need to make the decision on it and they'll try to get the issue sorted, but in the meanwhile I have to continue paying for a service I can't use... Money dropped into a deep dark hole.
