Poor customer support and no service!

I haven't had a stable internet connection for 3 days now, I am currently on a call waiting for someone to pick up for 10 minutes now. I have emailed and chatted with no assistance in sight since this morning. What am I paying for if I don't have service for 3 days? Why am I still using your services if I am losing out on 2 days of work due to no internet connection and wasting my time and airtime trying to get someone to acknowledge my complaint and assist me?
