Poor customer services and poor network availability!!!

Absolutely disgusted with RSAWEB and not being able to speak with an actual person during a crisis outage, all systems and support is automated and i would love to know how i will be compensated back for paying for a service thats down and breached the SLA or i will be changing to another isp! Period!

Good day, Shaun,
RSAWEB strives to exceed the telecommunications/internet industry-standard best-effort service, as our dedicated staff is always committed to going the extra mile for our customers. Unfortunately, guarantees cannot be made, to our valued customers, due to the nature of the Services and Products themselves. Services and products are provided on an "as is" or "as available" basis. Please be advised that RSAWEB company fell victim to an attempted ransom Cyber attack (https://mybroadband.co.za/news/security/479051-rsaweb-hit-by-ransomware-attack.html). We do apologize for the inconvenience caused. Due to our PBX VOIP systems being down, we made use of alternative methods to send out a communication to our customers to ensure everyone was notified via automated emails sent from our no-reply email address *** on the 1st of February along with text messages, and regular updates via our social platform such as Facebook and Twitter.

Best regards,

SS

Hi

I disagree entirely with that statement.

1 -> Doesn’t justify that the PAYING customer PAID for the UNDELIVERED SERVICES that was UNAVAILABLE and being COLLATERAL DAMAGE in RSAWEB’s total lack of REDUNDANCY!

2-> Communication as you say could have been put out to change the dns ip temporarily and was not done then you want to preach to me a REGIONAL SPECIALIST about communication??

3-> You ought to be ashamed of the above response and have reversed a partial if not full month of services and grief!

How do you people even have an operation license? Maybe my funds will be “provided on an "as is" or "as available" basis “ as well?

I will be reviewing my plan with RSAWEB and makings changes accordingly- also thanks for taking forever to respond to your customer…….
