Poor Customer service

I could not make payment on the 1st of October and subsequently did EFT on the 9th of October. On the 19th of October I had to pay for the month of November and account was now brought up to date. On the 9th of November the service gets cut. To try and get proper assistance is the biggest headache. the WhatsApp person was rude and abruptly ended the chat but they did so after advising that the reconnection was requested and it may take 1-5 days. Tuesday there is no communication and I send an email advising that no one from accounts contacted me (now via email) as I am still not reconnected and aggrieved and this was penned down. i was advised the reconnection fee is equal to 1 month subscription which can be split over 3 months- I have to confirm my address again as well and this is done. I am floored that i have to pay 1 months subscription to be reconnected even though I don't think I should have been disconnected in the 1st place. Wednesday I get an email from Accounts Dept and after all the email and communication I am informed that now the reconnection request has be done and reconnection may take 1-5 working days with effect from Wednesday!! Forget that its a whole week of a service that I have technically paid for and getting nothing for but am expected to pay for reconnection amounting to 1 month. There is absolutely no sense of urgency, the customer support is poor and in the tough economic climate it is really tough to make ends meat and so I may be late in making payment but I always pay so for them to cut me off like that even though I was communicating with them tells me that they don't care about me as a consumer so let me take my cents elsewhere.
