Poor Customer Service
If only there was less than a 1 star rating, I would choose it for customer support. You phone, no one picks up. Then you go to whatsapp, and they respond hours later when you have forgotten what you were there for. Then you chat via the live chat, and they just don't respond as well. That is my experience for the last 6 months with this company - poor customer service!
