Poor customer service

People like Amanda giving RSA web a Bad Name!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I called RSA web at 3.14pm today 17/11/2022 because I wanted information about how I could get wifi into my study and also room upstairs. Instead, I was told to check the prices on the email. I informed Amanda, I was not looking for prices but technical support or information or how I could get wi-fi to the other rooms but she insisted, I need to look at the prices and decide! I pleaded she refer me to someone who can give me the basic technical information example how far is the main source to the rooms I want to connect or extender options in vain. Because of Amanda's lack of customer service and attitude, I may consider elsewhere! I am disappointed with the level of service I received today from Amanda! despite my many years with RSAWEB! Maggie
