Poor Customer Service

What a way to start my year! I paid my RSAWEB account on Thurs 01 Feb. By Fri I was still offline. Upon online chat, I was advised to provide my Proof of Payment and assured my services would be connected soon. Today, Sun 4 Feb, my Wifi is still off. I am extremely outraged and disappointed with your Service!
