Please never use the service customer care rude and not helpful at all

Please people i want to warn every one agains RSAWEB Istrugle now for almost 2 week just to do a chamge of owner chip of my line to the new tenant that want to continue using there service

There say there have email him he dis never receive the email and RSAWEB wount go the extra bit to phone the new tenant to confirm this please people this is bad wifi service i have receive
